Frequently asked questions
How do I log in?
Use email and password, or choose Continue with Google. You can also send a magic link or request a password reset from /login.
Where do I find projects, appointments, invoices, and contracts?
Go to Home. You will find tabs for Projects, Appointments, Invoices, and Contracts. Click a card for details.
What do the tabs in a project mean?
Gallery = images and deliveries, Chat = dialog, Whiteboard = sketches (if enabled). Admins also see Settings and History.
Where do I find messages and direct messages?
Go to Messages in the menu. You will see project chat and direct messages with the team. Use the + button to start a new direct message.
How do I comment or ask a question?
Open an image in the gallery and use the comment field. For general dialog, use Chat. Notifications appear in the bell in the top right.
Can I send attachments in chat?
Yes. In project chat and direct messages you can attach files using the paperclip. Up to 5 attachments per message, 15 MB per file (common documents and images).
How do I buy digital files or prints?
If purchasing is enabled, add images to the cart from the gallery, choose digital or print size in the cart, and finish in Checkout. Pay with Vipps or invoice.
How do I download files?
In the gallery, open an image and choose Download original/file. After purchase, download links are in the order confirmation and under My purchases.
How do I approve contracts?
Go to Home > Contracts or open the project and find Contract in the side panel. Click Approve when the agreement is ready.
How do I request a booking or reschedule?
In the project, find Booking and choose Request appointment or request a rebook. You can also see all appointments under Home > Appointments.
Do I get appointment reminders?
If reminders are enabled, they are sent automatically (typically 24 hours before). Admins can adjust this under Admin > Company settings.
How do I switch company or organization?
Click the profile icon in the top right and choose Switch company.

Use the chat bubble in the bottom right or send a message via /contact.
